8.000 Niños y Jóvenes del País se Beneficiarán Este Año con los Campamentos de Fútbol de Bancolombia

⚽ Esta tercera edición contará con 40 campamentos dirigidos a niños y jóvenes de poblaciones vulnerables en las cinco regiones de Colombia.

⚽ Los campamentos estarán liderados por figuras del fútbol como: Liliana Zapata, Abel Aguilar, Fabián Vargas y Macnelly Torres. La ruta inició en marzo en seis municipios del departamento del Atlántico y seguirá hasta mayo en la región Caribe. El recorrido por el resto del país irá hasta noviembre.

Bajo el lema “Con el fútbol, desde el corazón”, Bancolombia anuncia la tercera edición de la estrategia Campamentos de Fútbol que para este año espera formar 8.000 niños y jóvenes entre los 6 y 16 años. El propósito: crear nuevas oportunidades mediante el fútbol e inspirar a los niños a convertirse en el orgullo del deporte nacional. Las jornadas de los campamentos contarán con la participación de reconocidos ex-futbolistas profesionales como Abel Aguilar, Fabián Vargas y Macnelly Torres, los tres de la Selección Colombia. Además, convencidos del deporte como un camino hacia la equidad, la futbolista Liliana Zapata, quien ha formado a las mejores jugadoras femeninas del país, se suma al proyecto en esta edición en la que las niñas serán protagonistas. Estos espacios estarán divididos en tres etapas: capacitaciones con teoría y práctica para profesores y entrenadores; espacios físico-técnicos donde los niños aprenderán de técnicas a través del juego en la cancha; y, charlas con expertos para padres de familia con el fin de enfatizar en la solidaridad, la honestidad y el respeto como valores fundamentales dentro y fuera de la cancha . “Cuando vemos el fútbol desde el corazón, entendemos que más que un deporte, es una poderosa herramienta de transformación social para unir nuestras comunidades y luchar por el bienestar de todos. Por eso desarrollamos entrenamientos reales que inspiran a los niños a que vean en el fútbol mejores oportunidades para la vida”, indica Adriana Arismendi, vicepresidenta corporativa de Mercadeo y Ventas Digitales de Bancolombia.

Serán 200 niños por campamento en 40 jornadas a nivel nacional, los que se verán impactados con esta estrategia que ya llega a su tercera versión y que, en suma, alcanzó 11 mil niños entre 2022 y 2023.

Las escuelas que participan de los campamentos son identificadas en cada territorio, haciendo que la vinculación de la comunidad cobre valor para ellos. Esta tarea se desarrolla de la mano de la Fundación Fútbol con Corazón (FCC). Frente a esta iniciativa, la futbolista Liliana Zapata comenta que, «cuando llegó la invitación de estar como capitana de los campamentos fue un sueño, una distinción y un compromiso enorme. Aportar a equilibrar la presencia de las mujeres en este deporte es clave. El fútbol es un juego que permite crear disciplina, responsabilidad, madurez y sentido de pertenencia y nos da la oportunidad de mostrarnos como seres humanos íntegros«. La ruta de campamentos arrancó en marzo en el Atlántico, en los municipios de Puerto Colombia, Soledad, Usiacurí, Suan, Repelón y en Barranquilla. A partir de mayo continuará en la región Caribe, propiamente en Magdalena, el 3 y 4 en Santa Marta; Ciénaga, el 7 y 8; Plato, el 10 y 11. En Bolívar, se realizarán campamentos de fútbol en Cartagena, el 17 y 18 de mayo; en Sucre será en Coveñas, el 22 y 23; y en Córdoba en Tierra Alta, el 29 y 30.

Como Socio Oficial de las Selecciones Colombianas de Fútbol, Bancolombia continuará hasta noviembre llevando esta iniciativa a Antioquia, Chocó, Cundinamarca, Huila, Quindío, Valle del Cauca, Nariño, Cauca, Guaviare y Meta, para seguir contribuyendo al bienestar de las comunidades y dejar huella en los rincones más apartados del país.
